Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
How to request a return
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will arrange collection or advise the return address.
Refunds
- Card payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charges.
